RETURN POLICY

Axiom Gaming Return Policy

At Axiom Gaming, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the specific nature of our electronics and computer hardware products, we have established the following guidelines for returns:

  1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
  2. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  3. Defective or Damaged Returns: If a product is returned with damage or defects that go beyond the original condition upon delivery, an additional 20% fee will be charged.
  4. Severely Damaged Returns: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products returned in a fully damaged or non-functional state.
  5. Return Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories. Items missing any components may not qualify for a refund.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital goods or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.


Return Process:


To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and All accessories , then mail your return to the address provided by Axiom LLC.

           Please Note:

     ●     Item must be double boxed with original packing material and all accessories.
     ●     There may be discrepancies in size, color, brand, case, etc, however, you will not receive parts that perform lower than what is described.

     ●     Damage is defined as physical impairment of value and/or functionality such as a large dent in the PC case, physically broken components.
     ●     Accessories & Parts can be returned at our discretion within fourteen (15) days for a direct replacement if the item arrived damaged or defective.
     ●     We have the right to reject returns if we feel the damage was done intentionally or for fraudulent reasons.
     ●     We require pictures of product of all sides meaning front, sides, bottom and top of computer or product and clear visual of inside the side window of computer.
     ●    You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We require you to use UPS or FedEx to mail your return and declare the item value
     ●    After the fourteen day period (15) your item cannot be returned and only falls under our warranty.

 

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details at the bottom of this page. To arrange a refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject returns based on number of reasons Such as:

 

        • Damages done by customer.
        • Any reasons of false representation, of damage or fraudulent conduct by customer.
        • We reserve the right to reject a return based on the exceptions above.
Exchange an item
            • Exchanges at Axiom Gaming are available only for fifteen(15) days after purchase date.
            • Item must not be defective.
            • Has to be the same value of the item of purchase
            • Customer covers the return shipping cost of product.
            • Customer covers shipping cost of new product of exchange.
            • 20% Restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges.
            • Additional fees up to maximum of 20% of the item price for items returned that are not in the original or sellable condition.

Refund Process.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
