Thank you for your interest in the products and services of
Axiom LLC.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only
for physical goods, purchased from Axiom LLC (the “Physical Goods”).

What does
this limited warranty cover?

 This Limited Warranty
covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the
Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Axiom LLC will repair or replace,
at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of
improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will
we do to correct problems?

Axiom LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using
new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long
does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Axiom
LLC is 1 Year from the date of purchase.

What does
this limited warranty not cover?

1. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is
   caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
2. We do not cover shipping to our repair center. Customers must pay for round trip shipping costs to our repair center and back to customer.
3. We do not cover any damages in transit on the way to our repair center or on the way back in transit to customer. It is recommended customer insures package and uses proper shipping conditions such as: padding, Styrofoam, double boxing or our original boxing materials. To insure your insurance claim with carrier is valid make sure to take proper documentation as well prior to shipment.
